Delivery information is kept cautious until the live fulfilment process is approved. Product pages show only customer-facing availability states, not exact supplier quantities.

Availability
Product pages show the public colour variants currently backed by supplier stock and confirmed colour media.
Handling and transit estimates
Products are normally dispatched from a UK warehouse. Dispatch normally occurs within two working days and delivery normally takes three to five working days after dispatch where the product delivery profile confirms that estimate. These are operational estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery cost
The product page and basket show the delivery cost before payment. Merchant Center delivery settings must match the website delivery profile.
Tracking
Tracking details are provided after dispatch where the selected courier/service supports tracking. Contact support@powerride.co.uk for delivery questions.
Delivery areas
Remote-area restrictions, surcharges and failed-delivery handling are reviewed before fulfilment if they apply to an order.
Dispatch origin
Do not assume dispatch from the PowerRide trading address. Products are dispatched from the configured fulfilment source only where that source has been verified.
On arrival
Customers should check the packaging and bike promptly, then report transit damage with photos before the bike is assembled or used.
