Data used
PowerRide may process customer contact details, delivery details, order history, payment status, support messages, return evidence and warranty evidence where needed to provide the service.
Payments
Stripe is used for hosted payment processing. PowerRide stores payment status and provider references but does not store full card numbers.
Delivery, returns and warranty evidence
Courier details, tracking numbers, RMA messages, photographs, video evidence and serial numbers may be processed where needed for fulfilment, returns, warranty assessment, fraud prevention and legal obligations.
Processors
Hosting, database, email, payment, analytics and operational providers are used only where needed to run the store and support customers. Credentials are kept server-side.
Retention
Order and accounting records are retained where required for business, tax, legal and dispute-handling purposes. Return and warranty evidence is retained only for as long as needed for the claim, legal obligations and dispute protection.
Customer rights
Customers can contact PowerRide to ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection rights. Identity checks may be required before account, order, return or warranty data is disclosed.
Consent
Non-essential analytics or advertising cookies must not load before valid consent where consent is required.
