Terms and Conditions
These terms explain the current PowerRide ordering, payment, delivery, returns and warranty position for UK online customers.

PowerRide is a trading name of OLILAU LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16699025.

Orders and payment
Checkout uses hosted payment flows. PowerRide does not collect card details directly. Product, selected variant, SKU, price, delivery and availability are resolved and validated on the server before payment is started.
Order acceptance
An order is reviewed after checkout and payment authorisation. If stock, colour, pricing or delivery availability cannot be fulfilled, PowerRide will contact the customer before fulfilment or issue an appropriate refund.
Delivery, returns and warranty
Delivery, returns and warranty pages form part of the customer information shown before ordering. They should be read before checkout.
Road-use disclosures
PowerRide does not claim UK road legality unless the exact UK configuration has been verified. Private scooters and non-EAPC powered products must follow the published warning and official guidance.
No fake discounts or reviews
PowerRide does not create artificial sale labels, fake previous prices, false scarcity, invented reviews or unsupported ratings.
