Review Reward Terms

The offer applies only to specifically marked products. Only one reward is available per product unless PowerRide clearly states otherwise. The offer must be available and reserved against the customer's paid order before it can be claimed.

A successful paid order is required. The relevant product must be in that order, delivery must be completed or reasonably confirmed, and the customer must have genuinely received and experienced the product.

Any honest star rating qualifies. Positive sentiment is not required, negative reviews remain eligible, and PowerRide cannot remove eligibility merely because the review is critical.

The review must meet authenticity, content and moderation requirements. Reviews may be rejected only for genuine reasons such as fake or unverifiable submission, spam, personal information, abuse, illegal content, unrelated content, malicious links or duplicate submission.

Any rewarded review will be publicly labelled: Incentivised review — reviewer received cashback. The label remains attached to the review wherever the review is reused.

The default reward is 50% of the eligible item price actually paid for the marked product, excluding delivery charges. If PowerRide configures and publishes a maximum cashback amount, that maximum applies.

The review must be submitted through the secure order-linked review link within the published eligibility period after delivery confirmation.

Cashback is paid to the original payment method where supported. If automatic payment is not safely available, the claim is placed into the secure PowerRide admin payment queue and must not be marked paid until the payment-provider refund reference is recorded.

Cancelled, returned, charged-back or fully refunded orders may make the reward unavailable. PowerRide will not pay cashback that would cause the customer to receive more than the total amount genuinely paid.

The offer is non-transferable. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected. PowerRide may prevent fraud, duplicate claims or abuse, but the reward is not dependent on the customer's rating, recommendation or opinion.
